Great nations of the world achieve greatness partly due to the quantum and quality of business persons available who are vast in innovating ideas, converting those ideas to values that the society needs either presently or in the future. As Nigeria aspires to achieve greatness, courses in strategic enterprise and entrepreneurship have been designed to produce Nigerian entrepreneurs that will be adequately knowledgeable in the functioning of enterprises in Nigeria and entrepreneurial studies leading to knowledge skills in concepts of Nigerian consortium and in strategic synergy groups. These three elements are vital for Nigeria to achieve her philosophies of self-reliance, self-sufficiency, self-directedness and Value Accruals


SE1     –           Strategic Enterprise and Entrepreneur for Long Duration Programmes

The purpose of this programme is to mass produce, at a stretch Nigerian business persons who will acquire strategic knowledge of business that are embedded in all spheres of good and strong governance in Nigeria namely Health value chain businesses, Education value chain businesses, Shelter value chain businesses, Food and Water value chain businesses, Power and Energy value chain businesses, Transportation and Communication value chain businesses, Security value chain businesses, as well as value chain business for elements that constitute strong governance


The Programme will cover, at a stretch, all of the following

  • Entrepreneurial Studies Course
  • Strategic Enterprises in Nigeria
  • Concepts in Nigerian Consortium Course
  • Strategic Synergy Group Course


Mode: Long-duration courses may be undertaken either online or in contact sessions.


SE2     –           Strategic Enterprise and Entrepreneur for Medium Duration Programmes

The purpose is to produce in batches, business entrepreneurs who for reasons of expediency,  cannot undertake the entire strategic entrepreneur’s programme at a stretch.

The Programme will cover, at a stretch, any of the following

  • Entrepreneurial Studies Course
  • Strategic Enterprises in Nigeria
  • Concepts in Nigerian Consortium Course
  • Strategic Synergy Group Course


Mode: Medium-duration courses may be undertaken either online or in contact sessions.


SE3     –           Strategic Enterprise and Entrepreneur for Short Duration Programmes

Purpose: Short duration programme are designed;

  • To enable participant who cannot afford the luxury of participating in long-term or medium term duration courses partake in acquiring, bit by bit, strategic entrepreneurial knowledge that are of immediate relevance to them.
  • To enable participant explore strategic entrepreneurial knowledge in various fields of endeavors in Nigeria
  • To understand the tools and techniques for Strategic Synergy Group performance especially Networking and Strategic Alliances
  • To appreciate the concepts and development of strategic enterprises in Nigeria


Mode: Short-duration courses will be conducted online in form of Lectures, Seminars, or in contact sessions in Conferences, Workshops, Retreats or Think Tank.



Three types of lectures will be conducted, namely Programmed lectures, unprogrammeed lectures and Guest lectures.


Programmed Lectures

These lectures are drawn from lessons in our knowledge acquisition trajectory schemes and will be conducted on regular days of the week and on the basis of one lesson together with its elucidation session per day

            Participants in these lecture series who partake in all the lessons for fundamentals of Strategic Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, will be allowed to seat for exams at the Diets following their completion of the programmed lecture.

Success in the examination will be appropriately certificated to be equivalent to Post-graduate Diploma.

Unprogammed Lectures

These lectures are not programmed in accordance with lessons in enterprise and entrepreneurship. They are adhoc lectures designed to address specific societal issues on the fundamentals of strategy. They are also lectures designed to teach and learn certain tools and techniques in enterprise and entrepreneurship such as;

  • SWOT Analysis
  • Fault Tree Analysis
  • Situational/Audit Analysis
  • Visions and Visioning
  • Internal Configuration Analysis
  • External Configuration Analysis
  • Issues in Strategy
  • Strategic Change Analysis
  • Innovation and continuous improvement


Guest Lectures

On annual basis, guest lecturers will be invited to address specific Nigerian issues on the basis of defined strategies. For example guest lecturers will be invited to address issues bordering on security, economy, politics, human resources/technology, law and justice in Nigeria based on strategies not just policies



Seminars as distinct from lectures are designed as training platforms for how issues in enterprise and entrepreneurship can be applied in specific work situation or field of endeavors.

Seminars will be employed to discuss skills (not education) acquisition in enterprise and entrepreneurship. Thus seminars are not appropriate at the level of fundamentals of enterprise and entrepreneurship.



Conferences are largely the same as seminars. However they attract larger participants and issues that will be discussed in themes and tracks. Conferences, unlike seminars should be conducted at annual or bi-annual basis.



Workshops are employed to discuss issues that are multi-dimensional and require various instruments to address. Workshops in generic strategies are designed to explore various forms, types, and levels of strategy in addressing nagging issues in Nigeria. Workshop will be conducted as the need arises


Retreats/Think Tanks

When an issue becomes strategic and requires deep critical thinking, retreats/think tanks will be employed as the platform to address them. Retreats demand temporary withdrawal from the routine.



Exams / Certification

Every participant in the entrepreneur programme will be certificated. However since the programme is essentially vocational, certificates will be issues as the need demands
